Description

Wawel Royal Castle, the historical and cultural epicenter of Poland, serves as a national symbol of identity. It is now used as a museum containing five sections - Crown Treasury and Armoury, State Rooms, Royal Private Apartments, Lost Wawel, and the Exhibition of Oriental Art - that each require their own admission ticket. Out of these five, the State Rooms and Royal Private Apartments are the most spectacular, but the best part of the experience is simply roaming the castle grounds, which is open from 6 a.m. to dusk.
